The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA is going to be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency explained it is alarmed with regards to the high variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office dedicated to service the area each day. The support level developed for intervention encounters a large influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it complicated with the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this here reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more assets to empower the servicing of all prospects and improve entry to Social Assistance products sassa status check and services,” the agency said.
